1. Overview

At Dervinova, every order is handled with care and respect for craftsmanship. We collaborate with master artisans and trusted logistics partners to ensure each piece reaches you safely and promptly.

We currently ship worldwide from our fulfillment base in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Processing Times

Soaps:

• Orders placed before 02:00 PM (Dubai time) are processed the same day and shipped the next day.
  
• Orders placed after 02:00 PM (Dubai time) are processed the next day and shipped the day after.
  

Copper Home Décor & Lanterns:

• If available in stock, processing follows the same timeline as soaps.
  
• If production is required, please allow 8–13 days for UAE delivery and 11–16 days for international delivery.
  

Damascus Soul Collection:

• If available in stock, processing follows the same timeline as soaps.
• As these pieces require intricate craftsmanship, please allow 9–15 days within the UAE and 13–18 days internationally.
  

If an item requires on-demand creation, we will send a personalized 1-minute video showing your piece being crafted and a message of appreciation for your patience and support.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All deliveries are made through Aramex.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs procedures.

• UAE Orders: Next-day delivery (if placed before 12 PM).
  
• Global Orders: Average delivery in 3–5 business days for soaps, or as noted in each product description for handcrafted décor and furniture.
  

4. Shipping Costs

Within the UAE:

• Free delivery on orders above AED 150.
  
• For orders below AED 150, a flat AED 15 shipping fee applies.
  

Worldwide Shipping:

• Soaps: Free shipping on orders above USD 200.
  
• For other collections (Copper Home Décor, Lanterns, Furniture, Damascus Soul), shipping rates are based on the rates set by our trusted logistics partner, Aramex.
  

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — meaning local customs, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link. You can follow every step of your package directly from our website or via Aramex.

7. Custom & On-Demand Creations

Some Dervinova pieces are made exclusively for you.
When an item is created on demand, we will send a short thank-you video from our studio, showing a glimpse of the artisan work in progress. This is our way of sharing the beauty of craftsmanship and keeping you connected to the story behind your purchase.

8. Damaged or Delayed Orders

In rare cases of delay, damage, or loss during transit, please contact contact@dervinova.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and provide a suitable resolution — replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.

9. Additional Notes

• Dervinova does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  
• Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
  
• Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays; please review your details before confirming checkout.
